My guess is that Fauci was part of a cabal within National Security. The cabal included not just health but biological warfare and funding. It was protected from disclosure by “national security laws”.

As we have seen, the process can be the punishment. Prosecute regardless of pardon. Does a pardon mean you can’t be prosecuted or convicted? No. Drag it out like the J6 trespassers. J6 committee and staffers deserve the opportunity to defend themselves in a court of law for the next 20 years. The court of public opinion will condemn and ostracize them for the rest of their lives. Now that is ACTUAL social justice!

However Russia is China-Russia-Iran axis player that so far has nothing to lose economically anymore. It will be test of Trump’s skills.

Thing is, China and Russia have higher values than money. They can sacrifice some money to gain those. Both know negotiation with US is not just trade deal, it is about submitting to US policies and possibly compromising their domestic plans. At least China has big strategic mostly domestic oriented plan that is about survival and stability. Of Russia Im not familiar in intricate details anymore as things have changed from 2021.

As for all the Southern Border Wall components stored in Tejas, these will travel back South by rail. Obviously lots of heavy equipment is required and lots of people are prepared with the knowledge and willingness. That is what I meant with “at the ready”. A lot of us regular citizens are waiting on the word from DC, and the legal right to stop storing and guarding all these materials (all that I am aware of in Texas is on private land btw), load up flat beds and commission diesel engines to pull it all back to the border. The same scenarios may exist in other Southern States that also have wide open borders.
It requires big action of the newly elected government. Push this on them in any way possible. Americans must demand that our borders be secured. Loudly. That is how you can help right now 
Is it really a high bar? The pardons were just done; so if he was subpoenaed in the next week or so and required to be tested for mental competency STAT…I think we all know what the results would be.
I’m not sure who has the legal standing to do so. I fear Trump can’t because he is is trying to avoid even the appearance of partisan lawfare. Maybe someone who was vaccine injured could contest the legitimacy of Fauci’s pardon because the issuer was non compos mentis. My sense is it would have to be soon or not at all…
Even with a competency test resulting poorly, imagine the legal whirlwinds defense can use.
