All but one of my household got covid two weeks ago. I too am suspicious of the swabs. I blew my nose into a kleenex and rubbed the swab with the mucus. Used this method 4 times over the course of 9 days. It seemed to work, producing positive results when I was ill and negative results when I wasn’t.
Have been watching daily weather for over 5 years around the world. 2021 was quite the year for flooding in the Middle East, Germany, Netherlands, United States, and many other countries like the United Kingdom, who just this week suffered from storms Eunice and Franklin. The history of extreme weather coupled to climate change goes back to events like the 2003 heat-wave which killed over 35,000 in Europe -

And there are many other recorded events such as these:

Another report describes the loss of over 8 million trees in the United Kingdom from extreme weather.

Another details the loss of over 3 billion animals in the fires of 2020 in Australia.

Recent storms in the United Kingdom show massive flooding and extreme winds.

There was extreme flooding in Germany in 2021 -

Descriptions by victims included words like “never before seen,” and sudden. And all through the past years words such as “extreme” have become regulars in the daily forecasts on weather.gov.
When adding up the losses from all the massive fires in forests across the world, and the incredible losses of plant, animals, microbes in the soil, etc., there is a background extinction event underway, which Richard Leaky calls the “The Sixth Extinction,”
We cannot continue to lose over 4 million acres a year of trees, plants and properties in California alone, including everything living on those lands every year and think things are okay. Over 2 million acres of prime timber was lost in California and Nevada alone in 2021.

Everything is energy. And seen from that perspective, energy is always moving/ flowing, and when a system of any kind is subjected to large increases of energy, the system has to do something with it to either metabolize or discharge it in order to return to homeostasis, or suffer damages, often-times permanent ones, if it can’t.
Whether it’s CME’s from the sun, experiencing a large earthquake, hurricane, flooding, or the force from a car accident traveling through the bodies of planets, animals, or persons, everything is directly affected by that flow of energies.
After enduring a car accident years ago, I still have lingering effects which cause chronic pain. As well, we recently had a 6.2 earthquake and the energies were large and moved heavy dressers 4 inches from the wall. The quake affected my body like the car accident. I had body aches, and a headache. The vulnerable areas from my accident hurt again. In the accident I had my purse on the passenger seat unrestrained. I found my coin purse on the floor and the metal frame was bent like an “S” without any other damage - that is how much force traveled through the car, me and the purse. F = mass x acceleration. That was a lot of energy - approximately 7,500 lbs for 2 cars traveling at about 35 MPH at impact.
Equally, when extreme weather events occur, force and other energies are present - all the rules of physics and thermodynamics apply. It is force which damages structures and kills people, plants, trees, and animals. It is force which sends a piece of straw through a piece of glass without breaking it. And regardless of what one believes about climate change, whether it’s in part due to humans and/or natural cycles, it is more and more self-evident to many through first hand experience that weather is drastically changing locally across the world.
Lawrence - thank you, you are most correct.
It’s been a while since I dove deeply into the Fed data, which requires constantly reading the notes as the Fed has a bad habit of changing things constantly.
They almost always make changes or discontinue the series I find most valuable. They killed MZM outright, which was the very best way to track money as far as I was concerned. They did away with various credit market measures, and now they are fiddling with M1 in a huge way.
Whenever they do, it makes me more certain than ever that there’s some real; signal in the data they don’t want me/us to see.
So I decided to download the M2 data, and I find right away that an exponential curve fit provides a much higher R^2 than a linear fit. But that even the exponential curve fit was blown away by that 2020-22 departure event.
From 2020 to 2022 (a 2 year stretch in the data) M2 money expanded by 40%(!!)
That was a 6.3 trillion $ expansion. For reference total M2 was $6.3 trillion in 2004.
Meaning, that all of the money in existence that somehow managed to support the entire development of the entire country from its inception until 2004 is the same size as the pile introduced in the two most recent years.
What in the actual…f?
Yea, a quarter-point hike in March should help undo that wall of monay!
Hi Dr. Chris,
First post here for me… Greetings from Phuket! Had been lurking around a while since a friend in Perth WA recommened your website, and I’m so glad he did!
Thanks for the great information and viewpoints, refreshing to see some like minded folks around, Thanks also for making the new website more affordable, was a no brainer to join your community.
All the best, Robert
Just a hypothesis: could it be that totalitarian approach on Covid in New Zealand, Australia and Canada, is intended to convey to US citizens, “don’t come here”?
The world has become so absurd that you consider anything possible
Not mentioned too explicitly in media and government is “why don’t we leave some oil/gas for future generations?”
I guess the excuse is “they will find some other source of energy.”
But, what if they don’t?
All those planes/trucks/ships running 24/7?
Only a country/government such as China could control its citizens to save energy for the future.
