I am sure all platforms are being monitored by different [People have no respect for them, and call them alphabet agencies]. If you have to name an agency, call them FBLie. On Twitter, i have been suspicious for some time now it may be infultrated by the FBLie. There purpose is to debunk and twist the evidence, and surprise surprise same narritive again crooks is the shooter. There is an example of this. AGR biulding 1, the famous window 3, a picture appeared on Twitter and on this forum as well. The purpose of doing this, they know some people have the techical knowhow to zoom right into the window and see what`s there. They are right, i have done that. There appears to be someone there, a face, an arm, sat down. When i looked closer, it is only a big painting. When i last zoomed in and looked inside this window there was no painting there. it was something else. I have come across original videos being cropped and faked, surprise suprise, Crooks is the shooter. These fake videos have appeared on this forum as well. When i questioned this person about it, surprise surprise, he blocked me.

Hi, this is the officer i was referring to. I think he walked out AGR door 9, just before the Washington swat team came out. He just walked along, shouted “Get the F@ck out of here” [i think he shouted this abuse at Dave Stewart] then disappeared. I have watched a lot of videos, done a lot of research and cannot identify his face. It`s like looking for a ghost. The picture is a bit pixulted, and i have done the best i can to sharpen it up a bit.
That is while Kopas is still on top of the grey shed and the rest of the QRF and WRSWAT are behind the tall tree accessing the roof and inside AGR 6. I spent the entire day on those scenes yesterday, but was focusing on ESU operators.
That is Sgt. Tom Vensel. You can see him on Det. Collins’ dashcam at 18:15:32. As he continues walking south you get a better look at him in Stewart’s video.

Here is the latest revision to the three primary investigation tools. In addition to adding my “Disclaimers & Fair Use Notice” slide to each, I added a slide for “Pennsylvania State Police” to the Recognition Tools, as suggested by @redranamber. In doing so, I reorganized the ID slides to make more sense hierarchical-wise. I’ve also added one more operator to the QRF slide. The shared browser site has been updated.

So as far as the QRF team, I thought it was supposed to be a 4- to 6-piece team? I like including Renaud on the team as Kopas was checking in on him and Setnar, but how do we reconcile 4- or 6- actually being 7-? Possibly just a last-minute increase in manpower?
My brother and I took guitar lessons in our early teens and for our final number we played El Kabong with our guitars. 
Renaud must have been a last minute addition like Dickey was. Renaud does respond with QRF to AGR. I discovered him while revising my timeline analysis of the ESU Armor and Response, and expanding it to capture more of the AGR response.
Oh, to be a fly on the wall at that recital! I love it!

No problem at all! I’ve a page in the spreadsheet that makes for easy sorting of the radio transcriptions, making this a piece of cake!

Interesting to know the system logs calls for both channels when patched. No wonder that list is so long.
If I run into any calls that might be pertinent to my current work, I might go into the body and dash cams to see if I can hear them and transcribe them myself. Just knowing who generates the call is a big help for that reason.
I’ve thought about the task of transcribing what’s heard audibly on radio channels that aren’t in our transcription. As much as I want to, I don’t think I have the time to attempt this right now, but I may be able to take a shot at this after the holiday season is over. Otherwise, if you need help identifying the source of a call or something, I may be able to help, just let me know. But certainly, our body and dash cams offer much more information than just the visual evidence.
For what I’m doing, the transcribed logs have done just fine up until the slide I just finished. In that slide I referenced Sulerud yelling, “Let me see your hands.”
