As for adding links to sound clips like this in the Recognition Tools, it can be done easily enough. The issue is getting a link to more than just 3 LEO’s, where just the one sound clip plays.

@redranamber We saw this before, or at least the screenshot of the bomb squad.
As for the three black uniforms, we know the ones on the left and right are Sheriffs deputies. It’s the one in the middle with the bodycam. He must be Butler Township as those are the only bodycams Pearson had access to for release. We also see this in the bodycam footage, giving us a close time sync. Note: The bodycam sound starts just before white shirt walks by.
Unfortunately, we don’t have radio comms from him during this time.
The key information, however, is the Sgt. stripes. I’m thinking Sgt. Murphy.
We don’t have radio transcripts this late, but he does talk with someone at 19:21:40. I didn’t listen to it all in a while, though, so there might be more talk.

I did notice the stripes as well, and was also wondering if this might happen to be Sgt. Murphy, considering the same fact you pointed out that he must be Butler Township PD, alongside a process of elimination this can’t be very many people.

I’m going to put that bodycam down as his, with a question mark perhaps. The only other 2 Butler Twp. Sergeants we’re tracking are Vensel and Sasse, and I think his phone call is with Sasse, who says he’s on the south side of AGR.
Butler Twp. has only 4 Sergeants, and we’re tracking 3 as being at the rally.
The Sergeant captured on the MA video looks older and likely has some facial hair. He looks a lot more like Murphy than Sasse.

On second thought, it could be Sgt. Vensel badycam 2. He was on the west side of AGR, and the MA video image could fit him, too. I’m checking that out. The timing works.
What am I thinking, it can’t be his. Different BWC numbers…Dah! (I need a break.)

It’s actually seems to be with Kuss and not Sasse, the other side of it (plus more beyond BWC shutting off) is heard on the tail end of dashcam vid M500-016197, Kuss’s vehicle. I do have to wonder who Kuss was stationed with at his intersection. From his transcribed interview I believe it was, he stated there were 6 officers at the briefing, plus Lt. Pearson. And he also alluded to 2 officers per intersection. This plus the phone call asking about him “moving the car” and how he “might need a battery soon” makes me think this may possibly be an officer stationed with Kuss at that intersection. Kuss was at Whitestown and Meridian. Blasko was South, at Brady Paul, though he may not count as he is with Butler ESU as well. Collins was further South, at Buttercup. I believe Vensel was Northward at the next important intersection up in Greenwood. Sasse I haven’t really quite figured out yet. I did start mapping some things out using Google Earth, I haven’t yet made a lot of progress but I do intend to continue to work on this.
This seems really iffy to me, we already have a bodycam number assignment for Vensel, I really doubt he would have recorded with two separate bodycams. Though I cannot really be sure.

You’re probably right about it being Kuss…and me needing a drink. 
Kuss and Murphy did share the Sheetz intersection, so the conversation fits. (I take that back, maybe…see edit below.)
Edit: I think I do need that drink, though I made this map long ago. I have Kuss with Murphy and he was with Sasse at Whitestown and Meridian. Also, it was Kuss he was talking to. I just listened to Kuss’s side of the phone call from his dashcam video. No clues as to who he was talking to, though.

Thank you for all your replies. One of my projects i have been working on reached a dead end. Then i get a breakthrough with this video. I plan to study the video over the weekend. I have had a quick view of it, and does provide some vital clues. I now know the identities of some of the officers i may need some help identifying 1 or maybe 2 others.

I always look forward seeing your latest Recognition Tools. I have been poorly, and trying to keep up. This investigation and all the platforms i go on is going at a fast pace at the moment. Back in July i started trying to identify the Police Officers. it was time consuming, and mostly ended up identifying other officers, and not the ones i am looking for. Then i came across this PeaL Prosperity website and this forum, then find your recognition tools to identify the rest. It has been a great help. To help with this investigation, i have been working on other projects. Trying to work out the trajectory of all the bullitts, where the shooters were hiding, the people shot in the bleachers stand. On some platforms, i know i annoy people when i say information without any evidence. Trust me, i have never mentioned anything on any forum without having evidence to back it up. When i find out, who is who, and who did what where and when i will produce a documentary to prove it. You might find this incredible to beleive, there are at least 6 shooters. Audio shots were fired simultaneously with silent shots.

To be honest, I find it nearly impossible to believe. You’re evidence would have to be irrefutable to convince me there is even two shooters towards Trump at this point. But I don’t begrudge anyone their theories and efforts to prove or disprove them.
