Who is Baldy? Delicate question, and I certainly don’t want to accuse anyone. He looks like a stocky guy, small ears, still some short dark hair on half of his head.
His head, on Driscoll’s video, must be smaller than 8x8 pixels.
But, I think Baldy fired the first 3, and then Max fired the fast 5. Max knew he “wouldn’t be returning home…”

Well, we have no hard evidence of the rangefinder, only testimonies. We can se a box of something in his pocket - and they say he had no ID with him. (Additionally he had to buy a ticket for the rally in advance - Dayve mentioned it too - but probably it was not checked. At least not at the magnetometers. Did he know that before?) I think that might be his wallet.
I also think it would be too pompous and too brave to walk to the magnetometers with no ID, no money, no wallet - and further a rifle with 50 rounds in his car. It would have been very bold and risky. (But no surveillance footages recorded at the magnetometers. Radio communications were not recorded either.)
We have hard evidence of his rifle either - before he was on the roof. They say his rifle was in his back pack in two pieces. We can see the backpack on Kuss’ footage. (Well, the motion of the back pack shold be studied.)

- Collins testified he had seen the mouth of the rifle - but the bodycam did not record it.

Some of them were watching the distant big display, but a few of them have turned almost back to watch the display behind them.

You may not remember, but I just wanted to find Crooks’ head on the roof, hoping he was far enough West to line up with Djt and JimC. That’s why I started asking, 'what tree is that?..But then I saw another circle of pixels, and I saw…HowlinMadMax.

I’ve set this link to right as it splitscreens two videos, watch carefully enough, slow mo helps, and you’ll see the red portions are from nearby the cameraman of the righthand video, shirts, hats, flags, possibly even part of the walkway to the stage. Honestly it almost looks as if the vantage is from that walkway. And if that is true, it gives us a very good idea of how the levels of the stage vs level of the AGR rooftop(building known to be in a depression) match up.

At the first volley the grass under the tree was filmed, and at the second volley the people running from fence.
I cannot decide what to think: is this guy an undercover cop or not?
What would a plain clothed cop do at shooting?
I think he would not filming, maybe not running away either.
There might be several reasons that someone was phoning just befor the shooting. But also possible he was called about a person they looking for. Now I don’t expect an underciver cop would quickly turn around and conspicuously looking around.
