I was looking at John Malis’ video that supposedly has “Crooks” sitting up on the roof in between shots 9 and 10 the other day.

I put together a few photos that compare the last frame where he can be seen fairly clearly with that same spot one second before he’s shot, with a picture of him dead on the roof:

Obviously, if Crooks were sitting up so high, he should have been easily visible to both members of the Hercules 1 team and to Aaron Zaliponi. It should be noted that the interview of Jon Malis with NewsNation was aired on July 31. Jon Malis “coincidentally” had dashcam footage of Crooks walking by the AGR sign “within an hour” of the shooting. They only showed Crooks when he was far enough away that there weren’t any features visible, though.

This was before the testimony of the Hercules 1 snipers was released or the interview with Aaron Zaliponi.

I have to admit, I was staring at these photos way too much before I took a good look at the one picture that NewsNation provided of “Crooks” on the roof. It’s not surprising it would be a lot higher quality, since NewsNation got the video directly. It didn’t have to go through a youtube upload where “Crooks” was only 14 pixels high.

The picture that NewsNation used was blown up 5X versus what showed up on youtube. Here is the shot of “Crooks” they showed side by side with the same frame from the Malis/Grimley youtube video, blown up 5x. I made sure to use the native resolution of 2288 by 1080 for that frame.

So, “Crooks” here looks like a chubby balding guy, doesn’t he? There’s a LARGE dark stripe (two pixels wide in the original) running down the left side (from the viewer’s POV), while there is none on the right side. (Sharpening isn’t going to add a stripe like that).

The guy appears to have his body facing straight north along the roof ribs, while he’s only looking west, and has his head turned ridiculously far to the left. You can’t see any sign of his right arm, except for maybe his hand. His left arm looks bent quite a ways at the elbow, but the roof is several inches below where his elbow would be - he cannot be resting on it. There’s no sign of a rifle.

I think Malis added this in so that a TV station would pick up his video. Ditto with the half-bald “Crooks” that was crawling on the roof, and the “Crooks” with the lustrous hair that was holding a rifle with his glasses down on his nose like a middle aged person trying to read using their distance glasses.

I’m not convinced of the genuineness of the images of “Crooks” in Stewarts’ and McCollough’s video’s either, but note that if they are genuine, they show him without a rifle - and McCollough has him in the frame during shot 2.

Autopsy of TMC says his cerebellum was hit. Also there is a footage, between 9th and 10th shot he raised his torso and turned toward the western crowd.
I think the 9th shot was lethal. But he was able to raise his head for a couple of seconds, then he collapsed due to heavy bleeding. Since he was faced to west, the entrance wound of the 10th shot should have been at posterior left neck. I think indeed the 10th shot destructed his rifle stock.

According to Greg’s testimony, he was walking from room to another room, from window to another window. (Also a witness told Vensel: someone had been looking out of the window.) And he had eye contacts with people looking at the building. It would be great to know the rooms Greg visited. But most probably he cannot recall which window(s) he was looking out of.

I made that comparison picture as part of an argument that Malis’ “footage” of “Crooks” on the rooftop was added in.

If you accept that video as unaltered then you are accusing the Hercules 1 snipers and Sgt. Zaliponi of lying before a congressional committee, because there is no way they could have missed seeing him sitting up like that. OK, the the Hercules 1 snipers probably lied about other things, but seriously - Crooks was sitting up with his body facing the other direction? On a 1:12 slope roof, with his butt maybe 7 feet from the crest? He should have been visible almost down to his waist…

(Recently I revealed mathematical lies - due to simplified textbooks. Coherence of laser beam and the minimum bandwidth of any light source - since the uncertainty - cannot be reconciled.)
Anyway, I felt Zaliponi being disappointed about it. He really wanted to say that he fired the lethal shot.

I decided I’m lazier than I am cheap, so I installed Wondershare Filmora instead of ffmpeg. I wish I’d done it earlier - even it’s free features are great. I may spring for a paid license.

Anyway, I compared details from the same frame of PatientFish’s video. I found something I wasn’t expecting - simply playing an video can produce artifacts in some players.

I was watching one guy’s ears to match frames, and as it turned out that was fortuitous, because a change in the amount of ear showing in front of a reddish-orange shirt threw a color artifact in the VLC player, but not the Filmora player.

Decoding Time vs Presentation Time

When a video is encoded, especially with B-frames (bidirectional frames), the order in which frames are stored (decoding order) is not always the same as the order they should be displayed (presentation order).

Why B-frames Complicate Things

B-frames depend on both previous and future frames for decoding. So:

• A B-frame might need to be decoded after the frame that comes after it in presentation order.
• This means the decoder sees frames in a different sequence than the viewer does.

Without ctts, the player assumes decoding time = presentation time, which works fine for simple I/P-frame sequences. But with B-frames, that assumption breaks down.

The ten shots were really 14, were preceded by at least 24 suppressed shots, and were supplemented by 3 shots as Trump was being pushed into his car and driven south from the Butler Showgrounds.
What we really need is a video, or still photographs, of all the enemy shooter bodies that were hidden.

The explanation is simple: McCullough was standing in a much higher position and at a different angle, so you don’t see exactly the same thing as in the body camera footage.

The newly obtained HD footage clearly shows a drone taking off from a position behind the AGR 6 building but in front of the trees, precisely pinpointing its launch site to an area directly behind the building.

The most suspicious aspect is that the drone takes off just before shots are fired.

But that isn’t the only unusual detail: two additional drones were captured on video before the shots, bringing the total to three. The first drone departed (from the same spot!) 1 minute and 37 seconds before the first shot was fired:

They all appear to head toward the stage, which is also unusual.

We also captured a drone circling around Trump up at the stage, as shown in this picture:

Then, 1 minute 18 seconds after the shots were fired, the drones return to their original position, behind the AGR 6 building. (2 drones cought on video)

Most Likely Scenario
• A small coordinated group (2–5 people) on or near the roof.
• Some may have been launching and controlling drones, while one or more fired the shots.

The evidence clearly indicates that the scenario of a lone shooter is impossible; the coordinated use of multiple drones alongside the gunfire demonstrates the involvement of more than one individual.

I’m not quite sure I understand the question. I don’t have any source other than Evan Coons’ google drive link. As far as I know, “Patient Fish” only recorded nine shots.

I hadn’t noticed that, but you are right. I have a longer version of the Mia Kopps video downloaded, and RagTagVagabond has a short, medium and long version on youtube - in 4K. I believe the version of Stacy Bennett’s and the Sun-TMX video available on Youtube are longer.

I’d assume those are insects unless there is persuasive evidence otherwise. I believe the object that Collin’s bodycam caught for three frames when being boosted up to look for “Crooks” was a bird, though.

There is plenty of discussion of drones with the Charlie Kirk murder. As of last week John Cullen was talking about that. He did try to distinguish between birds, insects, and objects that don’t appear to be either birds or insects. He also seems to be past the stage of believing that flying bullets can be seen on standard videos.

I just noticed something VERY odd about Crooks’ autopsy: They give few details about the wound to the back of his skull.

They also describe “abrasions” (scrapes) in details everywhere else, NEVER lacerations (cuts).

You would think the pattern of the hole in the back of his skull would rate some more details than this:

“There is extensive fracture of the right temporal bone, and right side of the Sphenoid bone, with linear extensions to involve the frontal bone (right side), ethmoid bone, right parietal bone, and occipital bone (right side).”

Were any parts of the bones missing? There was a pretty big hole behind his ear, and normally a bullet has to punch out some bone to exit a skull.

The filmora viewer gave what appears to be a look at the blow out hole in “Crooks” neck. I hadn’t seen that before.
