I’ve never seen the Real America’s Voice version, but watched the PBS recording, framewise, and couln’t see the white ‘checkmark’.
I’d never heard Maxwell Yearick before August 2024, but read an X post that Max was a Photoshop artist.
I googled search string:
‘Maxwell Yearick graphic artist’
…that’s all…google replied with hundreds of pages all confirming, “NO! Maxwell Yearick was not the shooter!”
A former Fox News presenter, and retired New Jersey state judge had a podcast, I think early August 2024, with live comments from youtube viewers.
I saw live comments mentioning Maxwell Yearick, and also mentioning a white van, with Arizona License plates, which, Fox News had reported, was towed away from Laurence Avenue in Butler Pennsylvania at twilight on 13 July 2024.
All mentions of the white van, and of Maxwell Yearick, appeared to be wiped out of the youtube podcast’s live comments, as they were posted!
The Yearick/white van comments disappeared!
If Judge Andrew’s podcast helpers wanted to increase suspicion…it worked for me.
Each television channel has a different camera angle, and for PBS, this white spot is behind Trump’s head, therefore invisible!
Well, after reading that Ken Silva is working on a book about Butler that sounds very similar to mine (Titled “The Trump Assassination Attempts: What the Investigations Missed, and Why It Matters”) I’ve decided I’d better not wait to read all the transcripts and get going on mine.
So now I’m looking up how to crash proof word documents, or else find a different program to store my document in. I’ve got not quite 50 pages in the main document, and another 15 or so in an appendix (things I find kind of interesting, but not terribly important).
Anyway, I decided to start comparing stills from videos to get more insight on perspectives.
On top here is a still from James Copenhaver’s video. I paired it with a still from the “Iris Tao” video. I matched the height of the lectern in pixels.
Mr. Copenhaver was about as far above the back railing as the lady who shot the Tao video was below the back railing. If one assumes the first audible shot hit the back railing, it would seem the first shot came from ABOUT the height of the crest of the AGR 6 building. I’m not making any conclusions beyond that.
Similarly, here’s a still from TikTok user TeamTrump_45_2 (in front row, as Mr. Trump was starting to speak), with a view from Benny Johnson from the spot where Mr. Trump was standing. Both were taken from ground level from somewhat over the head. The front row would be about 20 feet west of Mr. Trump’s standing position.
Mr. Trump’s ear would be about 3 feet higher and 20 feet east of TeamTrump’s perspective, of course.
Bearing points on the AGR buildings align south to a point West of James Copenhaver.
I think Fox made an honest mistake, and accidentally used someone else’s phone for that video.
The northwest corner of the AGR 9 building is directly above a point that’s just a little to the right (east) of the eastern railing of Sean Curran’s stairs.
If I draw a line on an aerial photo, that leads back to Mr. Copenhaver’s position.
Would you agree that Mr. Copenhaver’s position was about 1/4 of the distance from the south bleacher’s southwest corner to its northeast corner?
I’ve been listening to Eric Trump’s new book “Under Siege” lately.
I just listened to the chapter on the Butler shooting. Since I’ve got the audible version, I’m going to paraphrase in parts here. The longer quotes are quotes from the book.
He uses the subheading “Everything hidden will be revealed” (which is from the Bible - from the Gospel of Luke, and is a saying of Jesus).
President Trump publicly claims he’s satisfied with the investigation,
with the explanation “fully aware of the complex web of implications involved, including most likely national security concerns.”
He (Eric Trump) disagrees and is dissatisfied.
He says the “8th floor” of the Secret Service is as politicized as any other federal agency. He personally asked for more security for his father’s detail and was turned down repeatedly.
He defends 4 of the 6 Secret Service members who surrounded President Trump at Butler. He said the female agent (he called her the lone female agent (!) ) who was in the iconic photo is a great, dedicated agent and can “outshoot” many other agents. He praised Sean Curran highly, said he is extremely loyal, and also praised the “two agents on his rear flank”, presumably Piant and Menster, although not as highly. Nick Menster is now the head of Eric Trump’s detail, of course.
He didn’t say anything about Meredith Bank or the blonde male agent that didn’t cover Mr. Trump for several seconds, instead choosing to draw his weapon and look tough.
He thanks the agent who took the fatal shot on “Crooks”.
I think he’s pulling some punches with the praise for the four agents on the stage and especially for David King.
He calls the failures “beyond negligent”, and “all of it, including the bureaucratic response, is unforgivable”.
Eric Trump said in a recent interview that “they” tried to kill his father. While not specifying who the “they” is, It’s clear he’s talking about powerful people within the Democratic party and/or globalists.
If I remember/count right, the bleachers are 45 or 45 feet wide. The bunting has that blue stripe with the stars that certainly seem to be spaced exactly one foot apart. My best estimate is that Mr. Copenhaver was centered in front of the 12th star from the right. So he would be a little more than 1/4 of the way from the west end.
I rotated your favorite map, to use x coordinates to measure bleacher width as 396 px(447-51 starting x).
Drew yellow line at x=150(51+99, with 99 px as 1/4 of 396).
Then aimed north through Mr. Trump’s position.
Do you see how far West of the alleged “Copenhaver phone view” the green line north seems?
With the green line on your photo being so thick (10 to 12 pixels) it’s hard to place it with any degree of accuracy.
This picture seems to lead back to Mr. Copenhaver by a couple of benchmarks:
A thinner green line would still aim way West of the alleged Copenhaver view.
Also, of the 2 blue lines in your picture, the eastern line is 2 or more meters East of Mr. Trump…the western blue line is also slightly East of Mr. Trump, but helps to make my case: Your left blue line, from Mr. Copenhaver to Mr. Trump aims clearly West of all 4 AGR6 vertical vent pipes.
A NYT map, with aligned earth.google view of AGR6 clearly shows a line from Copenhaver to Mr. Trump aiming well clear of all 4 of the AGR6 vertical vent pipes:
I’m not trying to line things up with Mr. Trump here. That would be if I was worrying about bullet trajectories. Here I’m looking at “what point was this video taken from?”
Mr. Trump is the ‘midpoint’ on ‘the line’ I question.
The phone lens was AIMING north at Mr. Trump!

3: recognizable point(s), further North, on the buildings.
The simplest point I see, from the alleged phone, from your own picture above, is Vent Pipe2, counting from left(West).
Vent Pipe2 aligns with Mr. Trump’s head-to-toe axis:
Mr. Copenhaver didn’t move, and the recording phone of that line to VentPipe2 wasn’t Copenhaver’s phone.
OK, that makes sense. The only thing I would say is that the back of the podium was almost lined up with the walkway:

I think I found a little more evidence that Jon Malis’ bits with “Crooks” are fake. NewsNation and FOX each used one still in their reports. If you match up the width of the white board at the top of the wall in these pics, “Crooks” looks 20 or 25% bigger in one than in the other. But Malis didn’t move appreciably closer or further from Crooks, he just moved from one side to the other of “Semper Fi”.
If these were somehow real his head somehow turned around 180 degrees from the way his torso is oriented here to get shot in the upper lip. His body only turned 90 degrees, based on how he lay dead though.
And of course Mike DiFrischia, who gave us the video of “Crooks” shooting, also claimed to have seen Det. Collins confront Crooks - from the southwest of the AGR 6 building.
Needless to say, I’m puzzling over his injuries and how he was laying. There’s a 2" by 2" chunk of skull blown out from the back of his head, but no skull, brains or blood on the next lane of the roof.
