So It's Back To First Principles (Part 2)

But the phone owner aimed at Mr. Trump’s neck, which lined up North with Vent 2.
Phone owner wasn’t aiming at the walkway.
I think Mr. Dutch’s phone was used, in an honest mistake.
That network would NEVER lie to us ! They’re ‘fair and balanced’, as always!
All the site maps and overheads I have indicate a Mr. Copenhaver phone that would show Mr. Trump centered on an AGR6 wall background, meters West of all 4 vertical vents.
The genuine Mr. Copenhaver phone video will be released 80 years from now, when we’re all dead…something to ‘look forward’ to…

I’m not ruling anything out, keeping in mind that the simplest explanation that covers all the bases is the most likely one.

In 1963 Michigan Rep. Gerald Ford, a member of the Warren commission, “moved” JFK’s back bullet wound up a few inches in order to make it look compatible with the throat bullet wound.

Perhaps not coincidentally, he was made Richard Nixon’s Vice President in 1973 after Spiro Agnew was forced out (over an investigation that seems politically motivated), and then made President after Richard Nixon was forced out (over something that isn’t NEARLY as big as the current Arctic Frost scandal).

“Crooks” autopsy says he had an exit wound on his “neck” 6.25 inches below the top of his head. That’s not his neck. That’s the lower back of his head. And Det. Collins’ bodycam confirms that.

The body on the roof could certainly be Yearick. I’m still open to the idea that it was an android. I’m thinking, and thinking, and thinking, and not coming up with any ideas that put all the pieces together.

Anyway, keep in mind that people will sometimes say things to get on TV. “Dr.” Joseph Meyn claimed to have sat next to Mr. Comperatore and then carried him out. DiFrischia claimed to have seen Collins encounter “Crooks”. What people say to get on TV has low reliability.

I don’t know DiFrischia.
Tyler Collins probably did see Crooks(the REAL TMC…no quote marks) but for only 5 or 6 frames of a 30 frame/second video, so 1/5 second at most.
Does a 1/5 second “encounter” match DeFrischia’s Collins/TMC encounter description?

Also, in those 5 or 6 frames, a badly lit view, way down at the West end of the buildings, included at least 1 pixelated man, who seemed balding, sitting, and appeared to be smoking…like smoking a cigarette…not like vaping.
I’ll try to find that view and add it to my website later today:

Anyone notice that “Crooks”’ right arm either was dislocated or broken?

Once the cuffs are on it seems kind of banana shaped.

Before he’s cuffed it looks like his shoulder is pushed backward:

Then once he’s cuffed the lower half of his upper right arm is coming up an impossible angle:

Then when you see him from the right, his arm looks kind of banana shaped, but that may be an optical illusion from his shirt sleeve:

The autopsy didn’t say anything about his shoulder being dislocated. Do they not bother to mention that with the idea that police handle so many perps roughly that half the time it was something the police did?

I didn’t notice.
Could you please answer my question about DeFrischia’s description of the Collins/TMCrooks ‘encounter’, as observed by DeFrischia?
I don’t know DeFrischia, nor where to find his description.
So please link to the description, or just use a few of your own words to summarize DeFrischia’s claim.
Thanks.

Mike DiFrischia is the guy who got the “Crooks shooting video”.
You know, the video where he doesn’t really move:

He says he was over by the fence more or less where the TMX gang was (i.e. in front of the south two story building) when he heard people talking about a guy on the roof, and came over by the tree.

In this interview he claims he saw Crooks climbing the roof.
(I had to endure a “fart” ad to see this video, I hope you appreciate the sacrifice.)

Here’s the website where he sees the encounter:

"Mike DiFrischia described how he watched one officer try to climb the building but not make it to the shooter’s location, explaining, “I don’t know if the guy startled him, or what exactly happened.” "

Here’s what he and his wife looked like that day:

This is downloadable, by the way:

I don’t really see how he could get from the east side of the AGR building (the only place where he could see Det. Collins), to the west side in 38 seconds without him showing up in Dayve’s video.

I’m comparing his video with Malis’ video to see how much of the roof he should have seen. I’m also wondering why his cell phone display is black some of the time (but only some of the time) when he is ostensibly recording.

I’m also kind of wondering if TMX cropped his video so that only appears to “wander” around between the 1st and the 10th shot.

Maybe DeFrischia, from his Western treetrunk, could have seen Collins’ head appear for 1/5 second, and maybe he could have seen Crooks react in that 1/5 second.
I made the Collins up/down into an 8 second movie, below.
CNN apparently was unaware of the 38 seconds Collins(or Neugebauer or anyone) had to stop the show.
Several pixelated faces can be seen in the dark shade between buildings, at the far West end of Collins’ bodycam lens.
I’m unsure if deciding on the east side to climb was planned. The central area between buildings looks to have the easiest roof climbing access.
The enemy gunmen knew that.
If Collins saw anyone on the roof with a rifle or even a handgun, 38 seconds before supersonic shots, isn’t Collins guilty?

His actions after encountering Crooks are a little peculiar, to be sure. But he did radio in that he saw a guy on the roof with a rifle, and he had every expectation that the word would get passed on to the agents around Mr. Trump.

I think the fact that he has NOT wanted to go on any interviews is telling. That and the fact that his video is silent until a minute or so after shots are fired. I suspect he was told to cover for somebody.

Was he given instructions not to engage with the guy on the roof? Was he afraid this was a counter sniper in plainclothes?

It would be pretty easy to edit in dialog in videos when you don’t see the persons lips moving.

I think it’s pretty telling that DiFrischia couldn’t give any details of the encounter - he only claimed he saw it.

Helen Comperatore’s lawyer could ask to whom the radio message was sent, but he should have fired warning shots into the air or into the ground.
From my 36 second version of Collins’ video, his ‘encounter’ with the REAL TMCrooks is 18:10:56, then he’s back on the ground at
18:10:58, then runs around his car, and south around AGR6’s corner, then keeps running West until he hears Baldy’s 1st shot at 18:11:32.
Would Collins have been sending a radio message in that (very actively) running 34 seconds?
I see 1 second of fingers in front of his face, but would he need to speak into a microphone, as he was running?

Regarding, empty black frames in DeFrischia’s video, those frames could have contained some of the other enemy gunmen, and he doesn’t want to include them.

Right, almost all of the TMC videographers have a vested interest in promoting the trivial content they all have.
And they want to deny rival content, which doesn’t help them.

My first reaction to that silence is that there were at least a dozen suppressed gunshots between
18:11:06 and 18:11:33, and they were silenced on his bodycam’s audio.
But maybe there were other sounds to keep quiet.

No way anyone from western crowd could see his head pops up.

He had phone calls and text messages in his car. Radio messages have been logged - phone calls not,

His radio was set on traffic controll channel. Pearson’s bodycam has no audio. I think he received the message and due to that he rushed out of the building.
(We should check the timestamps.)

The shots around the bleachers is still a mystery.

Was Collins “radio-ing in” as he fell, and ran?
Collins apparently saw TMC+rifle at 18:10:58, then ran, West, until 18:11:32. So did Collins “radio in” his report, of TMC+rifle, during those actively, running(multi-tasking) 34 seconds?
Collins ClimbFallRun video here:

I should know where the primary sources are on the transcripts by now, but I don’t. What I do have is a bookmark to NoisyTurtles excellent videos which include them.

It indicates Det. Collins radioed in information at 6:11:04, :05 and :13

He certainly seems to have been actively trying to find Crooks and seems to have been excited.

Some people ask why he didn’t think to shoot a round into the ground to try to get the secret service to take Mr. Trump off the stage. It would have been a good idea, but that’s not something police are trained to do, and Collins had never been in position of trying to worry about a protectee more than anything else. I don’t think many police in his situation would have thought of that.

As far as getting his rifle right away - I don’t think that would have helped. There just wasn’t a good place they could go to where they could see Crooks without being badly exposed themselves. And getting his rifle would have taken time. We saw how he had to unlock the car and then he fumbled with something - getting the ammo chambered (sorry, I don’t know the right terms)>

I don’t understand how Collins went around the south to look for Crooks, but supposedly didn’t see him. If he actually didn’t see him, then either he didn’t go far enough south, which means he was stupid - and Collins strikes me as quite intelligent, or Crooks wasn’t visible over the roof when shots started.

Thanks, and I didn’t know how a warning could be ‘radioed’ by a running, heavy breathing detective, but I guess Collins said “He’s got a gun!”, while running, at 18:11:13.
But if Collins was frightened enough by the ‘encounter’ to jump instantly down, why would he expose himself to further danger by running at ground level, below the elevated rifleman, who’s frightened him, just 5 seconds ago?
Regarding the TMC encounter timing, maybe it was during this 1/5 second(6 frames):

Tyler seems to have started his jump down by no later than frame 142…
