I’m working on a book, and hoping to have something a little bit more solid than just saying Crooks didn’t fire the first shots.
It’s one thing to be right, and another thing to have proof that could be admitted to courtroom evidence - or destroy stuff that would otherwise be admitted to courtroom evidence.
Tom Llamas, NBC, 14 October 2024:
‘attorneys for both men say “this video” shows them getting shot’…
“this video is ~1.6 seconds” of 3 total gunshot wounds for 2 men, Mr. Copenhaver and Mr. Dutch.
Will your book include that?
Tucker got access to some of Crooks social media! The posts clearly show a disturbed violent individual who started on the right and ended up on the far left.
Mr. Copenhaver was hit in the arm at about the same time as the first audible shot. After seeing the scar on his arm I slowly came to believe the bullet came from “Crooks” or someone on near line with him.
I don’t know if Mr. Copenhaver’s abdomen injury was about the same time as the 3rd or 4th audible shot - or at some other time. He shows some bending at the waist at the time of the 3rd shot, and more about at the time of the 4th shot.
It would seem more likely that he was hit twice by the same weapon, but at this time I imagine Mr. Copenhaver, his surgeons and the FBI are the main people that know what angle the second bullet came from.
Beyond that, I don’t know.
By the way, you should be able to remember that - I have said that before.
Mr. Copenhaver and Mr. Dutch know when they were shot, and those 3 shots were in the first 1.6 seconds of supersonic shots.
Change of subject:
do you see what looks like a fake tree in this picture(I remember that you’ve seen it, more than once, with zero comments):
Simple Crooks body length, like “68 inches”, would have helped more than a report.
I didn’t hear Tucker say 68 inches either.
Never mind, I wanted to show this picture from a 13 July phone video, as Trump said “That’s all we wanna do, Joe” at 18:09:26.
This video began my concern about the phone owner of the ‘copenhaver’ video.
I see Mr. Copenhaver and Mr. Trump on a line pointing…too many degrees West…of Dayve’s phone(if it IS Dayve’s phone !) as Dayve seems to be between the fence and the East vertical vent pipe.
I can’t see Mr. Dutch, closer to the corner, but it’s easier for me to imagine Mr. Dutch’s phone aim at Mr. Trump, with a ‘vertical vent pipe’ background…maybe worth a chapter in your book…
I became aware of this video on TikTok within the last week. on TikTok he’s got arrows pointing at the ESU guys, saying they must have been alert to some danger. I’m pretty sure the big guy on the right is Zaliponi.
Hard to say if Dayve took the video himself or not. It’s not shaky so there’s that… but he could have been bracing his hand on the top of the fence. It also looks like this is zoomed in a fair amount - I’m pretty sure Dayve left his camera zoomed out at the 24 or 26 mm equiv focal length for all his videos.
I’m pretty sure David Dutch’s head is obscured the by teleprompter that appears gray. Looking at it again, it appears that Mr. Comperatore was sitting in the 5th row, as the 6th row is the one that has the large bar on the railing just behind it. I thing he wound up on the floor between the 5th and 6th rows.
I’ll have to re-listen, but I heard “all we wanna do, Joe” on the view South video, and then thought I heard it again ! as Dayve video-ed AGR6 to his North!
Then thought maybe his friend recorded, but didn’t want publicity.
Also, I was sad to read, from Dayve, that RedTruckGuy passed away 05 October.
I tried Corey’s video, aiming into TOB corner, as a source for angle estimate of Mr. Copenhaver’s phone.
As with “Dayve’s groundlevel view”, Corey’s angles look too wide to point Mr. Copenhaver’s phone view between Vents 1 and 2, but I’m not sure:
by the way…
I got this idea this morning, after watching Tucker’s video yesterday:
People wonder why the FBI won’t chase the entire story around Thomas Crooks.
There are different ways of thinking…
Think of it this way: Donald Trump is a businessman. And smart businesspeople don’t pour time and resources into a deal that’s already gone bad. They don’t chase “dead money” or cling to the illusion that a lost cause can somehow be recovered.
So in his mind, this chapter may already be finished — the game is over, and there’s nothing left to gain by pushing further.
If people who were behind the assassination attempt are still out there, I would think he’d be very interested in it. It’s not a sunk money issue.
I listened to Eric Trump’s new book, and he’s as concerned about the attempt as any of us. But President Trump apparently hasn’t enlightened his son as to why he’s allowed or encouraged the FBI to back off.
People in congress who haven’t let go are Ron Johnson, Mike Kelly and Anna Paulina Luna, Eli Crane and Cory Mills. Clay Higgins promised to continue when he wrote his addendum, so I know he’d like to dig further. I’m sure Josh Hawley and Chuck Grassley aren’t happy.
Carlson’s report likely ticked of President Trump very badly. He went off the rails at Thomas Massie last night in a bad way:
“Did Thomas Massie, sometimes referred to as Rand Paul Jr., because of the fact that he always votes against the Republican Party, get married already??? Boy, that was quick! No wonder the Polls have him at less than an 8% chance of winning the Election. Anyway, have a great life Thomas and (?). His wife will soon find out that she’s stuck with a LOSER!”
Trump just turned against Marjorie Taylor Green. And he has been against Massie, who I like. My reaction… to question what has gone wrong with Trump? Trump is losing support by these actions.
I got it from Dayve’s youtube channel, saved it as ‘groundlevel.mp4’, so someone may have given it to Dayve.
Using frames from groundlevel.mp4 can help estimate that phone’s location, and Mr. Copenhaver’s phone view still looks too far West of the vents.
Corey’s phone view also seems to aim Mr. Copenhaver’s phone West of the vents:
frame 034, of 350 frames had south TV screen SW edge centered, with north bleacher’s NW corner post vertically aligned. Radio WHYY’s map points to a spot North of the fence.
I’ll claim Val walked slighty West of Dayve, for better podium view.
The JCB front wheel also lines up OK.
If Val’s spot is shown, how did Mr. Copenhaver’s view to Mr. Trump include any vertical vent in the view line?
I really want to go back to pondering the big questions: “Why was there no splatter zone?” and “How did Crooks end up laying the way he did?” I don’t have time arguing this stuff over and over. I won’t convince you, and you won’t convince me. This following argument won’t mean much to you even if you were convinced that Mr. Copenhaver recorded the “Copenhaver” video, since you think the railing shot came 1/4 second early.
Anyway:
I think I got the analysis of the Copenhaver and Tao points of view pretty well hammered out. I start with estimating Mr. Copenhaver’s POV at 16 inches above the railing, and "Ms. Tao"s POV at 17 inches below the railing. I multiply these by 5.4 since the distance from Mr. Trump to the AGR 6 wall is 5.4 times the distance from Mr. Trump to their locations. I estimated the distance from the top of the middle window of the building to the roof was 58 inches, and that’s 25 pixels. I scaled accordingly. That got the higher (light blue) line you see above and below Mr. Trump on each side. Then I adjusted for the fact that Mr. Trump had his elbow on the podium when shots started. That gives the lower (green) line. There probably wouldn’t be enough room for a person to directly control a rifle at one of those little triangles, but it’s possible one was remotely controlled from the center window of the AGR 6 building. I suspect Dayve Stewart was picking up infrared radiation on his cell phone.
