I have not had the time to view the body cams in detail like you and others have due to being busy on other projects. My analysis efforts begin with Crooks arriving in Butler and will end with him neutralized on the roof. I’m still pondering whether or not I want to analyze the response efforts after that.
That said, there is an assumption in my AV400 & SQ200 slides that SQ200 drove to AGR since it was the green Bearcat. Since you discovered the two other ESU/SWAT/SRT teams on-site, I’m wondering if one of those team drove their green Bearcat to AGR, and that’s the one seen in the east lot. I haven’t checked the times for their arrival compared to the Bearcat, but believe they were sighted later. I don’t recall if any of the body cams got close enough to the green Bearcat to make out the insignias. They may have, I just don’t recall, and I’m thinking out loud here.
As for the gray vehicle, could it be Mayhugh’s county vehicle mentioned here?
Thx for digging this out.
From 0.- to 1’000’000.- for Contingency is quite a jump!
Also don’t see through here, maybe Capital Equipment is just for the general funding and not if there is a specific investment case (like a Renovation for example). But this is how they do it, make this coding so complicated only insiders can really understand it (or need more time then one can afford to invest).
Could be bc he was parked at Sheetz at one point before the rally (I think AP had an article but I’m sure @vegaspatriot knows) and they send them to see if he comes back?
I don’t think Zaliponi drove the UTV bc he was still moving around at the fence/bleachers/barn area at the time the UTV came into the eastern AGR parking. I also couldn’t find him in the QRF group of 6.
You can see them get out at one point in Paul Kuss’ bodycam
I think Woods is listed as lead sharpshooter for Beaver ESU or something like that. But remember, during this protective mission, Beaver seems to have been relatively subservient to Butler. I don’t know why this is, but “Butler Command” seems to have decided where the local snipers would be positioned.
I don’t recall the source at the moment, but Wagner was the C-S leader. I put that in the tool based on evidence somewhere, likely the HSGAC report. I’ll look it up later.
It states there was a PSP officer in the USSS Comand Center and I presume his radio would be on with the PSP officer in cruiser by Water tower at 18:08:30.
I’ve seen most of those photos but haven’t compared them to the Beaver County Bearcat (a.k.a SQ200) yet. Clearly it wasn’t North Hills’ vehicle in the lot. But if memory serves the other ESU group had a Bearcat similar to Beaver County’s.
Now Allegheny County has a Bearcat like the one seen in the AGR east lot, and both North Hills and the City of McKeesport are in that county, but I think both have their own SWAT/SRT/ESU teams and armor vehicles. I just don’t have an photo of McKeesport’s vehicle yet to compare.
I should add that Allegheny SWAT doesn’t wear shoulder patches, or if they do [see guy on right’s left shoulder] they are not circular like McKeesport’s patches.
