So It's Back To First Principles

They seem to be recruiting snipers younger and younger these days…it looks like a child looking out the window to me. That is definitely not Greg.

It sure paints a compelling picture.

No one has anything to say about this small head in the window? This is a couple of minutes after the last shot. What is going on here?

To me, it’s not enough detail to say one way or another if that’s a head or something else. Sorry.

I found a good enough image of this guy’s badge to determine that he is an HSI Special Agent. Damn it anyways! I so want to ID Clowser, Box, and Castro. :sunglasses:

Does anyone know what the most accurate measurement or estimate of the height above sea level of the spot that was hit on the railing is?

I do not recognise the guy in the grey shirt, and not seen him before in any videos i have seen so far. This suggests to me, video taken early on in the day. It is possible it could a child, some officers did have their wives and kids there. Perhaps an officer showed his kid around the building. Or, it could be a sniper sat down on something and waiting.

The words on the side are ‘POLICE RESCUE’

Allegheny County vehicles appear to have a similar look as this vehicle but I have yet to match it to their fleet.

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it before while we were searching for the other Lenco Bearcats, AR400 and SQ200. I don’t recall which jurisdiction it belonged to, though. I didn’t find it during a quick search through the various police department websites and Facebook pages yesterday, which surprised me.

I do question whether or not it’s actually Beaver County ESU’s Bearcat, however, which was seen in the general area after the motorcade left, along with the Butler County ESU black Bearcat. At first the top half where Police Rescue is painted on looked white, but that may just be the sunlight reflecting off it. Looking at it closer, that may be the case. If so, and it is the Beaver County ESU Bearcat, SQ200, then they removed the word “Police”, or it faded away, since this photo of it taken in 2018.

It also didn’t look black (or very dark gray) to me, but it could be. Here is Butler County ESU’s Bearcat in 2023. “Police Rescue” is in the same location on the passenger side. This is more likely what we’re seeing, and that is where it was parked just before it was seen in the spot it was in when Lt. Pearson passed it on his way back to his car to get the barricade tape. The Beaver County ESU Bearcat also made a short move in that general area.

See the known movements in my sidebar analysis.

In short, I think my memory is just as blurry as the image, and I may have jumped to the wrong conclusion, in part due to the angle it was taken from, and the sun’s glare.

Not seeing the resemblance even with age of Roger and Patrick Young photos.

The nose is what makes me think it was Young when he was young. (I love making plays on words. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:)

I agree and see the resemblance. I believe it is him.
