I think I objected to such an inference pretty well above, although taken at face value his statement obviously suggests a bullet likely went between them. Pretty sure it didn’t though

Inferences are not 100%, for a couple of reasons.
There might be perceptional mistakes, wrong evaluation of observation, bad execution. And also may be intentional false reactions.

I should chack the footages. One of the sniper team got scared at the first shot. I think it was the north team.

Thanks. Yes the standing sniper on the north team recoiled at the shots. He is the one that apparently told his prone partner afterwards that he heard shots to his right. I doubt that was very accurate.
A counsel for his prone partner said this recoil is what caused prone sniper to think standing sniper was actually hit, but prone sniper never actually said this in the interview. He said he thought he heard a bullet hitting skin, and that’s why he thought standing sniper was hit. Lots of confusion going around.
But prone sniper did say that he thought the shots were coming from the general direction of the agr or beyond.

Possibly, I’d have to check exactly, but the point is he took it to mean his partner was shot, which he obviously wasn’t

Hmm? That’s odd. What would WRSWAT (BeC ESU) be doing with
BuC ESU before the shooting? It does look like it could be one of those two. Looking at that video, in lower resolution, I always figured that might be one of the Hawkeye team.

My thoughts exactly. It is from one of the DStewart films prior to the shooting. Unless you have data on a timeframe from his videos already, I’ll see what I can determine as far as when this may have been and then maybe we can infer why he would be over there.

Yes, Copenhaver does react to shots 4&5, finally going down, to me, with shot 6 to Comparatore. But, on Shot 3, Copenhaver’s mouth opens, as fabric compresses against his folding abdomen, so I think #3 is in his abdomen now.
The tree may not be a problem, but is sometimes mentioned as blocking Hercules2 from AGR6, and vice versa.
But, maybe the tree further confused Herc2, by blocking shot sounds to Herc2, when the endless 3 shots(1.6 seconds) began.
Those 3 shots were followed by an endless pause of 2.7 seconds.
And the pause was followed by 5 shots in an endless 0.78 seconds.
The entire endless shot sequence consumed an endless 5.08 seconds.
Never mind the tree…please consider another physical variable: simple distance, horizantally & vertically.
3 Loud shots are at least 40 yards West, and at least 2 yards vertically lower than the Northbarn roof countersnipers.
It would be impossible for me to think that shots below my feet level, and 40 yards West, were aimed at me.
How, do you think, did they get that mixed up?
