I don’t think it is obvious what the government can or can’t release to the public.
It occurred in a different state, but Corey Comperatore had an autopsy at the time of the attempted Trump assassination yet the findings of this were released in part. Also, photos of some casings were released.
And in Utah, flash-lit photos of the rifle claimed to murder Kirk were released, photos of Tyler Robinson on a stairwell (with no mention of timing) were released and video of the alleged shooter on the roof after the shooting were released. Yet video from other high resolution cameras to the side and behind Charlie Kirk were not released and photos of cartridges were withheld. Even the stage was renovated a couple of days later.
So there is variability to the process.
Authorities did nothing to silence alternative theories or quell the anger as if they wanted to augment division in the community. The trans community and elements of the left celebrated and we asked if we should “divorce ourselves” from them. But how much of the division was manufactured?
The context of my comments above is that TPUSA members asserted Kirk had not distanced himself from Israel and Netanyahu claimed Charlie was a “great friend”, yet leaked texts between TPUSA members and Charlie suggested the opposite had evolved.
Could the murderer be a lone trans democrat? Sure. But there are enough inconsistencies in the information to question involvement of the FBI, CIA or Netanyahu, and in my opinion, Netanyahu had the most to gain.
Actually it is very obvious. While basic identifying information and updates might be publicly released by government officials or through court proceedings, the full scope of evidence and detailed personal records of the alleged shooter are protected by discovery law, privacy statutes, and court rules until properly disclosed through legal channels
Authorities will not join in on the online conspiracy theories either way. Its not how they work.
In regards to you comment about Charlie’s stance on Israel in the group text, he only showed his frustration with certain Jewish donors trying to make him not have Tucker on with him. It doesn’t provide any motive for him to be killed!
As to your comment about “inconsistencies”, that’s what trial is for. And keep in mind, a lot of those inconsistencies were generated by so many conspiracy theories plastered all over the internet.

I am open minded. I want the basic questions answered. What does the medical examiners autopsy report divulge. What does the forensic experts report divulge. Once I know these things, then means and motive will become part of my interest. You and so many others have jumped way too far ahead way too fast. That’s my honest opinion.

I’m not an expert in forensic audio, or any other kind of audio, so my judgement of when the bump occurs is subject to argument. I relied on online sources that said the bump is characterized by high amplitude in the low frequencies.

I agree there was hardly any substance to this report so I get the gist of your post. What I suggested above was inaccurate. However the police did release evidence, and what they released had to be selected by someone. What they showed the public was apparently used to charge a trans leftist shooter with murder. Yet this evidence was full of holes and inconsistencies such as the modification of the video illustrated by Chris’ material.
The Investigators owed a duty of care to America not to encourage conflict and to reveal accurate evidence if any at all. If the information were representative or true, that’s excusable, but if the information were distorted or dishonest, this was outright treason - nothing less. Their evidence could have incited violence escalating into something far worse.
If Charlie was not shot by the rifle in the photo provided and they were aware of this, if the wound on the left side of his neck was not the entry wound (and everyone present would have known immediately), if the trajectory was other than what was alleged, then the investigators were deliberately inciting violence with malicious intent to the American people.There was no excuse.
Not that long ago, the Biden FBI released a photo of the first page of Ryan Routh’s letter offering $150,000 to anyone who could “finish the job” on President Trump. It also explained what Mr. Routh thought of Mr. Trump.
They can release information when they want to. In that case, I have strong suspicions they wanted to let everyone know about the bounty on Mr. Trump’s head - maybe inspiring others to try again, thinking that the money might still be available. And of course they gave free press to Mr. Routh’s opinions.
Of course when the FBI doesn’t WANT to release information, it always invokes the “ongoing investigation” mantra. Supposedly the attempted assassination investigation in Butler, PA is ongoing, but word is that nobody is actually working on it.
