For my example photo, I’m assuming Shaffer to be the red arrow, Sulerud yellow arrow, and less importantly a possible Kopas with the green arrow (phrased this way because I do believe in watching these videos there are 3 in multicam on the roof from the get go).
As soon as Collins gets to the group on the roof, Shaffer is seen crouching messing with something.
Then crouches again, I believe trying to get his gloves on.
Can be seen crouching in order to deal with cuffing the suspect.
Crouches to finally search Thomas.
And I don’t know what he’s doing here.

Collins too many times hides his bodycam with his rifle. He should be equipped by rubber stick like London Bobbies.

There was a body camera video of it on here when they first counted five and then came back and counted 8. I looked in the @brian60221 folder but it’s not in there. Maybe someone else can direct you to it and the time stamp.

Yep, caught that too, had me chuckling! 
Tyler Collins bodycam, BWC2-122110, around 18:20:20 cam time, “Watch the shells” and then “I’m counting”, but then if anybody says anything further it is covered by radio chatter. Some interesting audio then as the suit takes to the roof, and you can even overhear a part of what he is saying in his phone call. I’m going to have to come back to this. But pressing onward, cam time 18:25:12, speaking to the suit, “Yeah, he sprayed off a good ten rounds.” So they still hadn’t counted them.
And yes, I did catch that eventually after some reviewing, though I am curious how it got to where it was on the ground. Had he drawn the taser, and then dropped it? Was it somehow knocked out of it’s holster?
And right at the end, “Well, so much for a picture with Trump” 
I keep going through different bodycams and I’m not coming up with the point that they count out the rounds. I know it exists, I know I’ve seen it, just still can’t seem to find it. But I keep coming across interesting statements by different people. For instance, at the end of Beaver bodycam 1, there’s a conversation between Gianvito and Michel about the wounded across the event, and I can’t fully make out all of what she says. I wish her cam were released along with all this. But Gianvito responds with “in the van”. I do wonder what exactly she is saying and what van he is referencing.
Yeah, maybe. A couple thoughts though, he struggled to acquire and put on his gloves to begin with, in between his crouching about he does not seem very evidence-collection oriented. I totally understand crouching down in order to put on your gloves especially if you need to set something down or access a bag, i understand the crouching as a part of the process of cuffing him. Crouching to search him would be necessary, though seems like a thing you would probably do when cuffing him. And then we come to the fact that they still claim he had a rangefinder, he was searched, pockets emptied, and alas still no evidence to a rangefinder. Even footage of EOD Painter alludes to his confusion to their claim that he has one, so far as to even ask if it’s a normal rangefinder. If he were to have actually had one, I think someone would have found it, and it should have been Shaffer who first searched him. From there I wonder where these DNA evidence collecting tools would have come from. Perhaps one of the various things strewn across the rooftop? It just seems unlikely to me that he is collecting evidence.

The “van” is presumably the infamous “white van” that the dogs went to on Lawrence Avenue, which has now been memory holed.

In the Beaver County ESU AAR it states that Nicol and Gianvito are the Beaver County ESU members that go the roof along with Schaffer from Washington County ESU.

And I had thought it may be as well, but what trips me up is that they were having a conversation about the injured and wounded, so I don’t understand how that relates to that particular van.
Also, if we sync up Blasko’s cam to when the medics arrive at the AGR building, we catch his name patch on his helmet:

Yeah, pretty sure his identity has eluded us so far. Suit, so secret service, were I to guess based on who we’re still missing from the day, perhaps this could be Matthew Piant or Nicholas Menster?
