Thanks for the great interview, Chris. I’ve been meaning to read “Live not by lies” because of its intriguing title for a while, and this interview will bump it to the top of my list again.
In my focus on finding truth for the last year or so, I’ve discovered a (unnamed) genre of music I didn’t know existed. It’s basically remixing profound speeches/lessons into songs. One of the most meaningful to me has been this remix of a Jordan Peterson speech done by the artist 2Morvs, who from what I’ve put together is training to be an Orthodox Christian priest.
This song has really helped me as I look to move forward in life and have to grieve for some parts of my life that may need to be left behind.

Are the dosages the same with the oil as with the seed?
My current protocol if symptomatic would be 4g/day of seed or 1 tsp oil tid. However, I have not seen oil dosages expressed as the amount of Nigella so I have no idea if they are comparable.
