Pick a closed window, any window. Walk up to it and try looking out. Remember there is a gap between the buildings. The couldn’t see without leaning out the window is pure BS and easy to prove BS. As for taking the shot, at that distance, they could have used a handgun to shoot Crooks.

His actions show he was alarmed, and rightly so, a suspicious person becomes a threat when you see him with a range finder…you become alarmed when you lose sight of him, and the ex President is just about to walk on stage…he knows Crooks is a threat, or he obviously wouldnt have abandoned his post…

No worries! If you’re anything like me, and I suspect you are, you’re looking at so many articles and videos you loose track. It still takes me 2 or 3 tries to find the right body cam video I want, and there’s only 12 to choose from. I must have watched each a dozen times or more, too, searching for info in them…
IMO All cops should have body cams on whenever on duty. We have cams on the street, cams required in businesses, cams in our cars and they provide invaluable evidence and lie prevention. After all don’t we all subscribe to Truth, Justice and the American Way.
You have much better scrutiny than I do to notice whether he had a cam on him. Cams are so small and relatively inexpensive cost/benefit wise these days there really is no excuse not to have one and have it on continuously when on duty. But that’s just me talking

i dont disagree with you on that one…
A sniper doesn’t walk around and follow people. A sniper sits and waits for a shot. Either GN is a sniper or he’s a cop. A cop follows suspicious people. A sniper looks out the window and shoots to kill. You can’t be both.

He had one job. People probably wouldn’t have been shot and killed if he had stayed at his damn position.
For people to ever act otherwise, as if it makes any sense to abandon that assignment to accomplish NOTHING and to instead make the situation worse is not founded in reality.

My main job is to stick to street smarts. A sniper sits and waits and then BOOOOOM. He shoots and kills. If the target never shows up he goes home and has dinner.
