Another issue with the Trump quote is the federal government owns close to 48% of the land in California. The USDA Forest Service manages around 60% of California’s forests. Not that I think it would matter much which government entity was in control. But it’s always easier to point a finger at the other guy.

Just finished watching, another great vid. I’m happy to see you cover the Pacific Palisades fire as I had started a thread on this topic just this morning. The playbook used was obvious to me that it wasn’t a natural event. Hopefully it stays up on YT so others can connect the dots.
The Human trafficking topic, child sexual abuse and torture, has been hidden in the dark for hundreds of years. This topic is so horrific that most people cover their ears and turn away…myself included. I couldn’t stomache that it could be possible. Lately, I’ve been forcing myself to dig just a bit. The little I have consumed has made me physically sick…the unthinkable, extreme deviant sexual/mental and physical abuse applied for MK Ultra purposes. Infants, being suffocated by their fathers cock/semen…toddlers being sold into sex rings and human hunting games. Children being forced to eat the rotting corpse of a friend. What I have learned goes way beyond the horror I had imagined. But it’s coming out…slowly. I’d like to think that it’s not just me who is finally ready to look, but rather a shift in human consciousness, a shift in humanity saying that we have had enough and are done with the evil we have allowed to permeate our lives. That as a whole, we say “Fuck you” to these monsters and mobilize to save our most precious.
@cmartenson, Please make this topic a priority for 2025. 
We as a community must have the conversation and step up with ideas to confront this evil. Please help break the taboo surrounding this topic by being the voice…reaching those that wouldn’t otherwise hear.

Yes, good observation. Like many a western state, CA land ownership is a complex weave of private and public administrations, including as you note the USFS but also the USFW, BLM, USBR, BIA, DOD and of course the state, plus add county and municipal management to the mix. Then drape a beautifully rich and complex mix of endemic ecosystems, many of them fire prone, over this and the management maelstrom begins to unfold.

Yeah, That’s been my sense as well. However, my experience with corporate enterprises over the last 10+ years is that they’re more comfortable being glorified working welfare programs for the useless than bastions of innovation. In spite of that, If I can find even 1 other person with initiative & half a brain, I can at least have fun running circles around the useless.
Every CEO out there is both marketer for their products, trying to please shareholders and board(who can fire them) and saying to media what media likes to hear so their stock price wont plummet.
I didn’t notice any mention of Directed Energy Weapons in regard to the fires. Or how the fires map up with an agenda to put a railway through California.
Let us hope and pray that transformation can take place without violence. It looks like a French Revolution is being provoked.

I think it was simpler: “defund PD” ie no water in fire posts. that was enough. Soros or whoever supported politicians supporting this dumb idea.
If it is about that railway. Considering some future war plans, railways are needed to Alaska?
Second option is simply very expensive real estate (if that was rich area), some construction company can take that land cheap, rebuild and sell houses with giant profit.
I find really weird northern hemisphere has winter so fires shouldnt happen right… people commented of homeless started fires. That is plausible, they can be persuaded to do dumb things, especially under some drugs.
So… I am wondering why the brothers, fathers, etc. of the r*pe gang victims have not gone full vigilante?

This reminds me of the story in last several months of the Guatemalan AG that is getting shut down, smeared, and ignored including by the likes of Texas AG Ken Paxton for requests to look into the Save the Children group which is not saving but trafficking children - in this case poor brown children.
Chris alluded to and others here have suggested that these child rape rings, pedophilia, and coverup are evil - I agree absolutely (and a clear sign of societal breakdown and moral decay). Add to it the other abuse, slavery, selling for organ harvesting, etc. and shutting down legitimate illegal immigrant owned brothels 5 more years to operate after passing law to stop then = (d)EVIL.

My husband doesn’t think the lack of water in the hydrants is that suprising. (He was a wildland firefighter for many years. He fought the Thomas and Creek fires in that area). He said the municiple fire hydrant system is not designed for what they were trying to do. As he said it " they are trying to fight wildland with a municiple system." There are hundreds of structure fires going off all at once and the ayatem is not designed to handle that kind of draw. Normally for wildline fire there is a different sort of supply line, involving a lot of water trucks drawing and transporting from a steady supply. The story here is more about lack of appropriately allocated resources available in an anticipated higg fire danger event. This is due to a lot of burocracy likely around seasonal fire hires who have already been laid off for the season. Instead they are proclaiming these big red flag warnings (red flags saying “start fire now!” To the crazies) but not preping resources in advance. Responsible people don’t burn in the wind, responsible people call it in immediately if they start a fire by accident. Red flag warnings are not helping responsible people.

Hey Chris, I have to push back a bit here.
You say UK culture is tolerant of pedophilia. I haven’t lived there for a while, but even in the late 90s and early nauties (2000s) there was such an anti-pedophile culture in general that a (super erudite!) mob attacked someone because there was a sign on their house that said ‘Paediatrician’. I would even get concerned that people would think I was a pedophile if a random kid talked to me for any length of time on the street. People would use the word ‘pedophile’ as an insult. There really was a very strong anti-pedophile culture.
I think you need to be careful with such generalisations, and qualify them more if you use them (e.g. use something like ‘culture of the elites/media culture’ etc.).

So about Zuck, I suspect that part of TPTB have realized that opposing Trump so vehemently was futile in 2024 as, after 8 years, they failed to cast him as Hitler and the tide had changed. It seems like Bezos, Zuck and others have made a practical business decision.
But if the US security apparatus and “the tribe” have a deeply entrenched relationship with social media companies, does it matter if these guys become “based”.

Probably because the family unit has been systematically degraded over a number of decades - with the help of the court system and the benefit system. Most of these girls are likely from lower (not working) class backgrounds and they are likely prey for evil people because their dad isn’t around. Just like all across the west.
It’s mainly the preserve of rich and powerful people - and closed “communities” that have formed post ww2 and can do whatever they like. Like all across the west. These various issues that we raise are going on all over the west, not just in the UK or US.
eg in the UK, fires aren’t a big thing due to the rain, but we have enshittification elsewhere. Plenty of it. Just like the US has rampant child abuse - eg Biden.
I say both of these things as I want to hammer home that these problems are all over the west. It is too tempting to hear of an issue elsewhere and slag that country off over it - because that’s a cheap laugh. But we have to resist that and stand together as the same stuff is all over the west, it is perhaps just progressing in different ways and styles in different places.

Can confirm, as I lived through that one. I was attending U.C. Berzerkley at the time and lived on the Berkeley/Oakland border. I’ll never forget being in my apartment and the color of the light coming through the windows seemed… off. Then I looked out the window and saw people standing in the street, all looking in the same direction: away from the bay, towards the hills.
My friends and I had tickets for either that night or the following night to see Primus, Public Enemy and Anthrax at the Henry J. Kaiser Auditorium, which is/was in downtown Oakland. They didn’t cancel the show, as the fire was up in the hills. Not to sound uncompassionate, as I did/do have compassion for the people who lost their homes and/or lives, but… EPIC SHOW. The hills were literally on fire.

not a fan of state farm or defending em… but trying to follow the motivation and thinking heard one report on “X” that state farm just dropped it all BECAUSE recent california gov/ law/ regulations made it illegal for them to raise rates on fire insurance “ie rent control” now if true and the insurance companies is losing money “due to whatever” and cant raise rates to cover it… and can’t lower their own costs then…
part of this makes sense… now a liberal government trying to mandate “socialize” a business that can not maintain profitability and then end up destroying it whether by incompetence or other… isnt too hard to believe either…
