A few cases in support of the contention can be countered by countless plausible cases to the contrary, which would not be convincing to us but likely more than sufficient to nullify that legal strategy.

Hey I just noticed something. Biden made the Sign of the Cross as soon as they said “peaceful transition of power” before Trump was sworn in. Nervous, Biden? I seem to be sensing some nervousness in general. They would sacrifice Biden in a heartbeat. Wonder how many potential witnesses are gonna start kickin the bucket?

SCOTUS can overturn any precedent, including its own, just like it overturned Roe v. Wade. But it can especially overturn a precedent which has never been challenged before SCOTUS, and even more so one that has never been challenged in the lower courts. There are countless examples of judgments delivered in the lower courts which were not appealed and set a precedent of sorts. Which precedents were subsequently overturned once someone appealed. All that is required is the will to do it.
Watching the inauguration, I’m getting a flashback of Nancy Kerrigan and Tanya Harding at the Olympics. Trump wears a purple tie-def symbolic of unity, Biden and Harris subdued in black. I guess they are in mourning. Color means a lot to these occultists.
Actually, since they’ve been pardoned, they can indeed be hauled into hearings - but wait for the second half of trump’s term. We can’t delay real change to chase yesterday’s enemies.
Let’s fix tomorrow first, then we can worry about these people.
We do have a lot of questions about exactly what their programs did and what they know about potential harm to people. Now, agencies, not just congress, can call them in and demand answers to such questions without them claiming the 5th.
Is it better to have truth or vengeance? I’d settle for truth because it will help undo their actions. The more we know everything they did, the more we can potentially fix some of it.
I can’t speculate how likely it is to happen. SCOTUS allowed a fraudulent election in 2020 to stand, which is why we are where we are - America’s reputation, moral high ground, alliances - shattered. America’s energy independence - shattered. Hundreds of thousands in Ukraine dead. Wars in the Middle East. Europe’s economy destroyed (Nordstream). Free speech destroyed. The petrodollar and dollar’s reserve currency status, if not the dollar itself - destroyed. Etc. etc. But SCOTUS certainly can overturn past pardons if they want to. They found a way (in Nuremberg) to bring the Nazis to justice - even though what they did was all legal (under Nazi German law). What Fauci did certainly justifies that degree of effort to bring him to justice.

I have argued in my Journal of Implausible Deniability on Substack, that it is hard to believe that the catastrophes in Maui, North Carolina and, most spectacularly in California, were not intentional attacks. In each case, the “negligent” parties were openly planning new “smart” development a la Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. Moreover, beyond the woke nonsense and customary unscientific blather about climate change, the authorities involved were so egregiously careless of common sense safety concerns that they were guilty of negligent homicide at the very least. Even if we could never prove nefarious intent. Moreover satellite imagery shows metallic chaff dropped over the desert, near Area 51 no less, then propelled via an anomalous weather pattern west to LA. Dane Wigington of geoengineeringwatch.org has explained how this technology works for years. Those metallic nanoparticles get taken up by vegetation, sickening trees and make them extremely flammable, whether the ignition source is a DEW or an arsonist with propane torch. He was also involved with disrupting Trump’s first term along with Victoria Nuland, the primary architect of the coup in Ukraine. As one who knows the forests of New England quite well, I can say that the environment is being sickened by chemtrails at the level of the soil biome upon which all life depends. The people behind Biden have crossed over the line between madness and pure evil, a concept that threatens the “liberal” mindset, which in Jungian terms denies the “shadow.” Trump’s instincts are good and I do believe that moment when the bullet grazed his ear in Pennsylvania may have saved the country, and possibly the planet. We’ve won a battle, but the war is not over, and that goes to your main point this afternoon. Fauci and the other traitors who have wrought this havoc need to be prosecuted, no less than their forbearers in the Third Reich. One wonders if the damage done these last four years was just the consequence of Allen Dulles’ deal with the Devil, Operation Paperclip.

A Presidential Pardon does not take effect unless the suspect accepts it. That according to a little known, 1915 ruling from the Supreme Court, once accepted, the pardon serves as an “imputation of guilt,” or what’s more commonly known as an admission. Because accepting the pardon is “essential to it’s validity,” I am demanding the Biden family, Dr. Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley, the members of the J6 Committee and everyone else Biden unsurprisingly pardoned declare their acceptance of the pardon publicly. Because, according to the Supreme Court, it would also serve as a declaration of guilt.
In only an hour or two, I’ve read a lot of debate on how justice may be done here. No time to explain (I bet Chris will within a couple or weeks), but here’s the gist:
An aside: I sympathize with the idea of back-burnering this effort for justice in order to move on other priorities now. That does indeed require some delay. But not moving ASAP to prosecute multiple high crimes–not just Fauci’s but congress people fabricating and altering evidence, and much much more–shreds the Constitution, makes preposterous any goal of making America a paragon (great, just, deal-worthy, etc.), and ultimately snuffs out Liberty. No justice, no Liberty.
Moreover, China is making good business deals worldwide (BTW, I highly recommend seeing how China recently beat all our LLMs for a tiny fraction of US firms’ cost, at https://youtu.be/yEkAdyoZnj0?si=uyPK_pgozQmF5ZEc). After we stole Russia’s foreign reserves, and now after showing the world what a travesty our judicial system is, most countries will make deals with China over the US. That ain’t making America great any time soon.
I wish this argument held water, but it doesn’t. Another member here explained one reason. Another is that one can simply claim they aimed to avoid lawfare by “Hitler.”

Components at the ready, to complete the entire Southern US Border Wall. That is our border wall stacked there, heavily guarded for the last 4 years. I got tons of video on these sites. There are miles of this…all across Texas. You cannot see it at ground level without special means. And there are a lot of us ready to move it all to our Southern Border. We’ve got everything at the ready. Just waiting for the word from DC. I have to say, I’m proud to be a part of it no matter how this finishes up. Get out there tribe. Do something. Please.

I don’t see it that way. What I described is fair enough for pre-emptive pardons.
If someone has already been convicted by a court of law, perhaps unjustified, I don’t think we need a confession. We know what the allegations were. So those “classic” pardons are fine as is.
The live stream coverage of the event I watched did not show one shot of Bobby. Was it just me, or was Jr. absent the event?
Is the preemptive pardons a poison pill for the Democrat party if Trump capitalizes on it?
Even if every single person that was pardoned stood up in courts, wouldn’t forcing each one of these people to admit everything with a smug “I got one over on you look on their face as they do it” destroy the entire party for anyone who sees the testimony?
