So It's Back To First Principles (Part 2)

The recorder of these video frames, as far as I know, told me the video I had was lower quality than the one I should get from his youtube channel.
I see red pixels and bluegreen pixels, and some flesh colored pixels, and a certain shirt color, worn by a bald man in my lower quality version, the lower picture, with the higher quality version above it:

Does anyone here know if the man named 9 times, from 39:30 to 42:42, in JD Wilcox’s ‘Who Shot Trump’ movie, was a man who was bald, or ‘balding’?

Usually we say: He’s not bald, he just has a high forehead, or has a high hairline.

(By the way, my browser gets slightly outdated.)

One day on Twitter

I tried to navigate and to find Dave. There was a tsunamy of Elon’s posts.

What is most difficult to say:

  • “I love you”
  • “I need help”
  • “I’m sorry”
  • “I was wrong”

I’m reluctant to go ever back. But my answer would be:
Around age 6-10 your memories, uhm, not exactly erased, but optimized So you know a lot of things, but you can no longer remember when or how you learned.
It happens so quickly, you’re subduded so early, you learn so fast: when you say “please halp” you will be humilated, mocked. Or even worse.

I see a similarly high forehead in Detective Collins’ bodycam frames, for example in this one:

almost exactly centered horizontally, at
x=960,y=190

Dayve’s high forehead man seems to be wearing black pants and a midnight blue crewneck shirt, but then the shirt and pants of JD’s suspect look similarly ‘darker’, in dim light:

It is “interesting”.
Two old Christmas videos (with employees) disappeared. As well as Megaphone Guy was replaced. But the new video is not really new, uploaded one year ago.

Voices in my head say - what if there are two reports of Kelly Task Force?

JD’s suspect looked several years older, in Sheetz, after just 1 month.
And JD’s statements, I think could have been defamatory.
And JD removed 2 videos, 1 of which was why the Trump adminstration seemed to be hiding evidence.

My husband has a very “high forehead”, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t him.

I’m not sure if you care about statements being defamatory on principles or because of draconian laws many countries have put instituted.

Defamation statutes in the US are pretty lenient by international standards, and are never criminal.

If a person is considered a public figure, the threshold is crazy high. One has to prove the person or organization knowingly spread falsehoods, not innuendo, not insults, falsehoods.

Non public figures can sue at a lower threshold, but if the person doing the defaming is a person of average means, it’s not going to make sense to spend tens of thousands of dollars to “sue someone for everything they’ve got” if the person only has tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If the person making the allegations has fairly low reach, it may be better for the person who thinks he’s defamed to ignore it than to risk the “Streisand effect” - i.e. bring more attention to the issue by trying to quash it.

I will put a disclaimer at the front of my book saying these are my hypotheses only, and they have varying degrees of certainty, but any of them could be wrong.

To review what we’ve learned, I typed, ~April 2024,
“looks like Danny DeVito, riding a burrito…”
Danny looks ‘bald’ to me.
And what I guessed then were loose chili powder and guacamole, I now think were hot gunpowder particles and burning copper compounds.

I quoted somewhere else, the claim of Joe Karam, after the David Bain case had been won.
Karam won NZ$535,000, from Parker & Purkiss.
The real victim, David Bain, could have scored bigger numbers, I think.

I thought it was an economic risk, and could have cost JD $.
And the man named 9 times did nothing criminal in the video shown by JD.
If JD was claiming that the man had committed crime, I think that would be defamatory, unless JD had evidence.
JD just claimed that he’d ‘scooped the NY Times’ and ‘every major news agency’.
Then, regarding how he’d scooped every news source, JD said “we’ll talk about that later.”

Thanks for trying to stop the meltdown. It happened so fast!

Dave mentioned to Piper (I think) that going through the old videos triggered him. That makes it sound like PTSD.

His head may be only 3x3 pixels, but I think the shooter of Shots 1,2,3 is in 61 Collins’ bodycam frames, including
this one, with his nose at
x=960,y=190
and his left ear at
x=961,y=189

I may have found something last night. It looks like “Crooks” may have had a tube running from his arm to the middle of his back. Fake blood delivery? I’m more convinced now that he thought he had a deal to get off the roof alive.

I’m 80% sure he did die on the roof though, probably due to Zaliponi.

Dave cannot defend himself at this level and he cannot afford a lawyer. We should help him. He is not against DJT (at least not yet).

The big picture: it seems a psy.op + dirty coverup. PSP was responsible for AGR lockdown. Plain clothed cops did not even notice the rangefinder. They watched the screened inner crowd.
Great victory? They brutally detained a witness, who was unarmed, deffensiveless and cooperating.

I can tell you the difference. Even a billionaire (aka oligarch) must hold the deal. But when you work for a gigacorp, there is always a superior who may override the agreement.

I’d certainly be willing to chip in a thousand dollars or so for his defense, but that won’t get far with an attorney that has the kind of experience needed to defend THIS kind of case.

I could go visit him if I had an assurance that I could see him and he actually wanted to see me. It’s about a two day drive each way for me though, or else a plane trip.
