Many of the photos/videos we are blessed to have were taken by random people using cellular phone cameras as far as 100 to 150 yard away. Does your cell phone camera or video take clear photos/videos from 150 yards away, with many things in the foreground the camera focus must compete with? In these videos or pictures, there are tree leaves, rooftops, people walking in and out of frame, chain link fences, and other layered objects that create havoc on auto-focus lenses.
I don’t know? Does it?
Coming back to that empty picnic table (pointed out by @blanket_orange_ on X, I just added the time), I’m pretty sure it was empty.
Look at that picnic table in your latest photo, what you thought was man sitting is this thing the arrow is pointing at.
In the woman on horse video the table is little bit more to the left, if you look closely, you can see table and 2 benches, but that thing is far too to the right to be someone sitting on that bench and too short for being Crooks standing either.
do you have exact time for first shot and what is it based on?
I took the time from M500-010482 where 1st shot is heard
already 18:11:31 (at the last part of 31st second).
Also, put together Dave’s video/audio with BWC2-122110 and did the sync with Dave’s sound to BWC2-122110 video 100% perfection and got the same 18:11:31 for the 1st shot. So, we have 1 dashcam and 1 bodycam with same time for the 1st shot.
I think you have a valid basis for the time. I don’t know that there is an “official” or consensus source it’s based on. I personally use 18:11:32, or the end of the 31st second as you call it, because it’s sometimes difficult the distinguish the exact second on some videos, depending on location, though it’s clearly between 18:11:31 and 18:11:33. Some of the body cams have times slightly off, so be cognizant if that. In cell phone videos I use the RSBN full day coverage to back calculate what actual time an event occurred in the video, as do others. Here is an image of the basic MS Excel tool I do it with. It can be used a couple of different ways.
So somewhere between August 22 and now, your link has been wiped, 404 error.
Here is the wayback:
Maxwell Yearick
Maxwell Yearick has been missing since the day of the Trump rally. On Sunday, his family filed a missing person report in Arizona. Yearick’s social media accounts have been deleted by unknown parties, and his phone is switched off.
It is interesting to note that Yearick and his family are involved in the manufacture of explosives and armaments. They have a history of selling these goods to guerrilla groups in Peru and Colombia, with facilitation by the CIA.
Maxwell Yearick & Thomas Crooks trained at Clairton Sportsmens Club where DHS & ICE also train. Yearick had the tattoo on his arm as did the body on the roof NOT Crooks.
The van found at the rally had Arizona plates and had explosives. Yearick’s family business has a Penn area code. Crooks was part of the gun club in Penn. Yearick was known to be a pro 2A anarchist.
Troubles with Law Enforcement
When he was 17 years old, Maxwell Yearick’s woes began with a burglary at a convenience store, where surveillance footage allegedly showed him stealing cash and merchandise.
Pittsburgh, PA (Police Brutality Protest): Yearick joined a rally condemning police brutality, advocating for systemic reforms. He assaulted a police officer and a elderly women who had MAGA sticker on her car.
Washington, D.C. (Anti-Trump March): During a large-scale protest against then-President Donald Trump, Yearick voiced opposition to administration policies. Reports suggest he was one of the main organisers of the event.
Portland, OR (Civil Rights Demonstration): Yearick participated in a march advocating for civil rights, amidst escalating tensions with counter-protesters.
Seattle, WA (Anti-Racism Rally): At a rally against racial injustice, Maxwell Yearick’s attempted to sexually assault a girl wearing red shirt.
Minneapolis, MN (George Floyd Protests): Yearick joined demonstrations demanding justice for George Floyd, amid incidents of property damage by rioters.
Chicago, IL (Anti-ICE Protest): Yearick protested against ICE policies, and he was part of a mob that turned down a police car. He has also assaulted a teenager.
New York City, NY (Environmental Activism): Engaging in environmental activism, Yearick highlighted climate change issues during a peaceful protest.
Los Angeles, CA (Women’s Rights March): Yearick supported women’s rights at a march advocating for gender equality and reproductive rights. This is time when he threatened Trump.
RRA note:(!Link is broken, redirects to different article!)Atlanta, GA (Voting Rights Demonstration): Maxwell Yearick participated in a protest emphasizing voting rights and access to democratic processes.
Boston, MA (Anti-White Supremacy Rally): Yearick attended a rally denouncing white supremacy, amidst clashes leading to property damage and arrests.
Personally, I find the face of the deceased upon the roof to be more or a match to Yearick than to Crooks, and the Arizona plates on the removed van would make for an incredible coincidence. If it happens to be Yearick dead on the roof, what do you think the odds are of Crooks being also dead in the back of that van? The explosives photograph has been released; they are not in the back of the van but in a car trunk. So then what could possibly be in this van that is so essential to remove? And then where has it gone, and what evidence or otherwise has come from it?
Another oddity, Yearick has a history with one Kennon Hooper, who happens to look remarkably like Volcom shirt guy, and who happens to have ties to the CIA. In fact, both Yearick and Hooper seem to have CIA ties, amongst other organizations. Were that to be a CIA badge on Volcom shirt guy, do you think they might censor it?
Another wayback, thanks to 404 error:
Kennon Hooper
As a disclaimer, I’m not fully up to date on this whole conversation and if this has been covered entirely as of yet, but I do find it very odd that we have these lookalikes who are also missing, extra vehicles that correspond with a state of a potential doppelganger, and a potential CIA affiliation. Did they identify the shooter in any way other than tracking the serial number of his rifle? You would think you would confirm this identification with something more concrete, dna sample vs parents dna, or at least SOMETHING reliable aside from “oh it’s his family’s weapon so it has to be him!” For instance, Crooks disappeared from the radar, retrieved the backpack, and ascended the roof. Who’s to say that an individual with more training, that had been in on the plan from the start, was not waiting for him there, and that would dispose of Crooks in a secluded location, aka the nook in between the AGR buildings where nobody was and nobody was searching, took his backpack with rifle, and then followed through the rest of the steps? Hell, he could have taken his rangefinder too, and the receipt who knows, maybe there was a 5’ ladder in that missing van? [Not saying that’s exactly how it went down, just speculating another potential scenario]
On a completely unrelated note, and just something that I’ve really been wondering about, the location of the damage to Crooks’ rifle would have been at a spot pressed directly to his shoulder. And it is said that the officer that took that 9th shot was in one of the fields near the red barns. Does that trajectory line up? Photos show him with the stock to his right shoulder. Is it possible to hit just the stock of the rifle from that position? It just doesn’t seem physically possible to me. Any input is muchly appreciated!
No way, ESU officer was at his left side.
Edit: simplified figure added.
I wonder what hitting the stock at an angle first, would do to the energy dump of a .300 Win Mag hitting Crooks next? Is that enough that it didn’t ‘blow’ his head up? That might need testing.
Right, and that’s why it doesn’t make sense to me. So then the shooter that hit his rifle must have been somewhere to Crooks’ right, to the West end of AGR or somewhere to the West at least. And who would have the very best vantage point to do so? My bet is anyone in that second story building. Second best would be anyone near that retaining wall. But yet if that were the case, why wouldn’t they want to take credit for it?
I wonder, what kind of shot you have to take to hit just the stock and damage it in that way and it not hit Crooks in the process?
edit: And then also, why the misdirection with the location of who fired the 9th shot?
Don’t forget, there was a postmorten shot to his leg (no blood, no gore).
The 9th shot from SWAT guy on the ground absolutely could have hit the stock on Crooks rifle while he was shooting.
That made Crooks pause. Then he seemed to scoot down the roof and sat up a bit and looked west. Then he was shot in the head. It still isn’t clear to me that shot 10 came from snipers as opposed to SWAT guy on the ground.
Mostly because the stories and damage didn’t line up. “One in a million” “400 yards”
The only thing I can think is that perhaps the shot did come from a sniper 400 yards away and not the barn snipers or…it was all SWAT guy and to preserve national dignity and security they covered it up.
All I know for sure is that round went over Trump’s mic hot enough to activate its limiter/gate function.
That means we have to presume it came from the south somewhere. That rules out the ESU dude/dudette who was to the north of Trump’s mic.
I have not been able to see any bullet damage on the rifle the FBI has shared images of online - has anyone been able to identify the “totally badass” 9th shot damage on the rifle?
FBI Evidence Photo - Rifle w/ damage
FBI Butler Photos
I am curious then as to what they attribute the damage on the back of the stock to.
Look at where the damage is on the rifle, and where that rifle damage would sit pressed to his right shoulder in prone position. How would an ESU officer anywhere to his left, like the field to near the red barns, hit that spot on his rifle without penetrating Crooks’ body in any way? I honestly cannot even fathom a shot from ANY angle hitting that rifle stock and not Crooks himself, but I do very much welcome any evidence to refute my assumption.
10th shot; I don’t have any hesitation to attribute it to Hercules sniper team. Shot 9, I find extremely questionable that it came from an ESU sniper in the field by those red barns, and it bothers me that they have not only claimed this as the truth but have championed this officer as a hero, without identifying them, nor providing sufficient evidence to prove this is actually what took place.
Also, if we look at his reaction, he recoiled, regained himself, and turned towards where he thought he was taking fire from, hence him turning towards the West side of AGR where everyone wants to say he was aiming at the crowd, he was most likely trying to locate the immediate threat that had fired upon him and he could tell it was in that direction.
Regarding the FBI Trunk Photo, I see a backpack, clearly packed pretty damn full of who knows what because it has not been released, two items that appear to possibly be crudely constructed IEDs, perhaps a soft rifle case, and a strange looking bottle with no markings on it, clear glass(?), with some weird yellow covering over the mouth and neck of the bottle. What is in the backpack? What is in that bottle? And if the explosives are in the trunk of his car, why then remove some random unaffiliated van with Arizona plates?
Either you’re blind or know zero about AR type rifles. There is a big chunk broken off the top of the stock just in front of the butt pad. I’ve posted multiple pictures of the same Magpul stock and a buffer tube from online stores.
I own an AR, but I know next to nothing about it! Thank you for the assist.
That damage seems to be increased on the subsequent photos.
In the army I had this:
But I used it ony once at a funeral, three shots in the air.
