At 18:10:07 the SS snipers Hercules 1 on barn 14 are seen quickly changing their orientation toward AGR.

At 18:11:50 - 57, about 2 seconds after shots end, everyone is seen running except for one grey suit, who looks like SS SAIC Timothy Burke. The grey suit is by the bleacher having a calm conversation.

An older video taken from the central bleacher shows at 0:24 the same grey suit hiding between bleachers as shots are being fired:

Back to the Dropbox video 1, an instant later at 18:11:55 the companion stares down the bodycam State PA officer and cuts toward him, and immediately the bodycam pivots away - was Tim Burke not supposed to be recorded at that crucial moment?:

The cute woman in white dress near D Stewart is running away at 18:11:57:
Renee Roos evidences here that she seems connected to SS.
Is it odd that everyone is running around in those 7 seconds, except for these two men and the bodycam policeman? -

For the sake of experimentation, I have taken the grey suit’s two facial images and asked two online services to unblur. Here are the results:

Not from this video, but for purposes of comparison, a Facebook post on 9/11/2020 shows Tim Burke posing with others including FBI Director Wray - I’ve zoomed in his face and unblurred it. He was four years younger here:
